How We Started

In 2017, Dr. Audrey Robinson helped launch the Circles of Change and continues to carry out this work through ARobinson Consulting, LLC.  The Circles of Change process allows everyone the opportunity to come together and have a voice in shaping a diverse environment through dialogue and most importantly TAKE ACTION.

What People Are Saying About Circles of Change

“I value my experiences as a Circles of Change participant and then co-facilitator. This was a phenomenal leadership opportunity, professionally and personally. I learned so much about my community (and myself), and I discovered connections with people I never would have met without Circles of Change.”

Patti S. - University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire

"Participating in Circles of Change allowed me to get to know fellow community members and leaders who are equally committed to social and racial justice. These relationships have been and will continue to be invaluable in our work to increase opportunities and dismantle systemic oppression."

“Circles of Change is a heart-opening experience led by Dr. Robinson who wraps her extensive knowledge of America’s most challenging issue with genuine care and concern for the participants. This eye-opener experience helped me to shake myself out of the complacency of white privilege that my white culture had taught me. An important part of Circles of Change is the way Dr. Robinson inspires us to take this uncomfortable information about racism and take action to become the change for unity in diversity.”
